Checked in and went to the room where we found that the light fixtures were rusty, there was mold on the lamp shades, the sheets on the bed were wet and bugs in the bed along with no hot water. Went and got a different room at the same hotel and it was in worse condition than the first. When I checked out there was 5 other people in line requesting refunds due to the conditions of the hotel. Also the 15 dollar parking permit for the night was a surprise charge also.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. They have hidden fees not listed and once you book trip that’s non refundable you show up and they then BAMMMMMM tell you you owe more. AC hardly works and drips water all over floor. Nasty and not worth your money. Hotels.com should have made this right considering they advertise for this bait and switch but they don’t so don’t recommend either.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed, worst service ever.

My friend and I had an early check in and got a room with a broken tv, no comforters, no towels, among so many other issues. They gave us a new room but later that morning at 2am we woke to banging on the door. It was another few guests who they gave the room we were in to and didn’t check us out of the previous room that they gave the current one for. I went to the office and was told it was an accident. It scared the crap out of us and they walked into the room with us dead asleep. That would be scary for anyone at 2am when you’re dead asleep. Friend has ptsd and was scared and crying through it all. I went back to my room only to be locked out since they gave the access to the other key card and had to go back a 2nd time to the office at 2am just to get back into my own hotel room I got locked out of. There’s stains on the bedding, mildew growing on the bottom of the shower curtains and a dirty used washcloth that was left in the corner from previous hotel guests with god knows what on it. I don’t recommend staying here. The worst service and room I have ever stayed in and experienced.

My room was all damaged ! The ceiling paint was falling down, phone was not working sheets were not clean full of stain and hair, one bed sheet was torn , lamp covers all ripped off , floor was so dirty and filthy . I left a day earlier than my check out This hotel needs to be out of buisiness I trust Expedia I am using for years . Now I am scared !

NEVER STAY HERE

When I checked into my room it wasnt clean, they switched rooms but it was dirty as well. Trash not taken out, gross dirty stuff on bed/mattress. TV had big lines running through it. Gross gross gross! When i told staff the next morning he said he didn't care and he didn't care if we ever came back. Horrible customer service

Warning:BEDBUGS

The hotel had “BEDBUGS” I booked for 2 nights left after 1 night . They charge $15 a night parking FEE they charged me extra $20 because I checked in one hour early. After telling them there was bedbugs and showing evidence they refused to refund any money . WARNING: don’t waste your money on this hotel no matter the cost . Bedbugs are hitchhikers and you’ll take them home with you..

The room was dirty, I had to pay 15 dollars to park for an already expensive hotel room that was gross, very limited breakfast options, the room didnt feel clean at all, soap was empty for the shower, they gave key cards to people to a room that was occupied, have no extra bedding. Everybody at the hotel complained about it being dirty. The only good thing about the hotel is its beachfront. Do NOT recommend!!

Don’t recommend/dirty/poor management

Very disappointed, property is nothing like the pictures. Long wait to check in for my room, family of 6 had to sit in the lobby and wait almost an hour….room wasn’t clean, strong bleach odor, elevator not working, moldy, key cards didn’t work, puke/poop on the curtain and on the floor by one of the beds, son woke up with bites all over. Not enough towels for my entire family to shower before bed at night. Mold on the ice cubes in the complimentary water, breakfast was watered down OJ, stale bread. Manager was very rude and unprofessional when tried to discuss my complaints Tuesday morning he instantly started yelling and arguing with me, lied to me and said the manager would be in Thursday, I go back Thursday and he said he’s the manger. Still waiting for my refund for the 3 nights I didn’t stay. Refused to give me a checkout receipt Tuesday and Thursday. Very disappointed! Saying no refund because front desk wasn’t notified when they were, Monday evening and again Tuesday morning. Do NOT stay here, there is also a surprise $15 per night parking fee not advertised! Worst hotel I’ve ever booked! Worst manager with no professionalism or respect for customers. Tried telling me I had to cancel 48hr before for refund, this isn’t a cancellation it’s a refund for the condition of the property and lack of cleanliness. If my family wasn’t so exhausted from the drive from Nebraska I wouldn’t have even stayed the one night I did! Will be contacting cooperate and BBB!

I love the the view of the beach here and the rooms usually are really nice I don’t know what happen this trip but it wasn’t as relaxing this time.
