The room was clean. The TV did not work at first. It was not plugged in! However, That did not solve the problem, they had to have someone come and check out the situation! Took awhile to come, but they were busy with a sold out night, He did come and repair it! It was a busy night, and storms were going on and they keep everyone satisfied! Not sure they would be my first pick, but wouldn’t refuse staying there either!

Bed sheets stained, TV not visible due to vertical lines covering half of the screen.. wind coming through the front door making a wheezy loud noise all night, had to keep the door open and place a chair from inside to be secured.. beside a $15.00 charge for parking and ceiling needs repair as pieces of sheet rock exposed.. overall a bad experience

We didn’t even stay! All it took was the walk from the front desk to the room to see plenty of trash on the ground, paint on top of paint (it doesn’t matter how much lipstick you put on a pigs lips, they’re still pigs lips), a poorly kept, falling apart building, and more. And then we got to the room. We opened the door and entered. Neither bed was ‘made’ very well, and only one had a pillow. We had been traveling a long time and dashed for the bathroom and found the faucets caked in calcified buildup (pictures show they’re long past ‘replacement’ stage), one hand towel - no bath towels or washcloths - a leaking faucet for the tub, and, after flushing the toilet, the need to take off the lid to stop the overflow. The wall section visible between the toilet and tub was quite water-stained and discolored. And there were a couple of highly visible smears/scars/streaks on the wall (like shoes or something had been strongly scuffed/dragged across it) on the other side of the sink. To say it was a ‘dump’ would be giving it credit. The only thing missing in the exterior appearance was a couple of homeless drunks laying up against the walls. I’ve been to a few really seedy hostels over my years - but none matched this one. We went to the desk and told them we were checking out NOW and they humbly offered to give us another room. But we had seen what they had to offer, and we didn’t want any.

This was the nastiest hotel room I have ever been in in my life. We left after making a reservation at another hotel. The front desk person told us that she was not “authorized “ to refund our money.
