We stayed here the night before a cruise. The floors didn’t appear to have been swept and there was sticky stuff all over the walls. The lamps didn’t all have light bulbs in them, so it was dark. Additionally, the room we were given was an accessible room, and while we didn’t need it, the shower seat never looked to have been cleaned. There was no soap in the bathroom, only shower gel. Overall a pretty disappointing stay, especially for the cost. At least it was a short one for us.

Very disappointed. We were there 4 days and 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. I only ever saw one staff member. The phone didn’t work. Our coffee maker was missing the basket. We had to go to front desk daily to get coffee and cups. Also had to get towels regularly. The description in Expedia states “room cleaned daily” but it was never cleaned. Trash was never emptied. I am very disappointed for the money we spent.

The lobby bathroom had a plumbing problem for 2 days. The room was only adequate clean. Elevator at opposite end of building. However, the breakfast lady was extremely nice & organized. Her area was very clean!!! How a dispute with Expedia on charges.
