Reach out to us if you'd like to host an event at the space or during your stay with extra guests as it will be at an additional cost. We also offer our space as a venue rental.

Any additional guests over our 14 max allowed for the property will be charged an additional $50 per head, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please note that we operate a fishing charter business from the downstairs garage area. This space is also available to rent separately for large group events and venue use. Let us know if you're interested in viewing it for consideration.

Our charter season runs from June 1st through September. During this time, the owners are often onsite downstairs assisting charter guests, who may occasionally share the parking lot.

The owner also keeps his boat docked at the end of the pier and is happy to answer any questions, but will not interfere with your stay on the second floor.

Charter groups gather at 6:30 AM and return around 4:00 PM, cleaning their fish and boat before typically leaving by 6:00–7:00 PM.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Port of Galveston Cruise Terminal. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

Not only is this property beautiful but the pier was such a great touch for entertaining guests. The house was clean, stocked with basic amenities, and the communication with the host was top tier. Unfortunately for us one of the guests left their shoes and when we asked to retrieve them the host showed no hesitation to help. I will definitely consider booking again for a Galveston trip and so should anyone wanting a luxury stay with great hosts! 10/10 stay!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The home was beautiful with great views, and our family loved the convenience of the pier. We were initially concerned the on-site charter service might affect our privacy, but it wasn’t an issue at all. When the washer didn’t turn on, someone came out quickly—it was just a tripped breaker. Overall, a great experience for our whole family!

Amazing House

The house is amazing!!Perfect setup for a large group.Got rained out on our planned fishing trip but the house made up for it.Hung out, watched movies and watched the weather pass by.We will definitely be booking again.
