Located in a great location, you have access to Babes Beach across Seawall Blvd !Each bedroom sleeps 2 with a comfy Queen beds and Living Area Sleeps 2 with Queen Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy the extended Balcony views from both the living area and Bedroom! Attention to detail was given in our condo, once you arrive, you won't want to leave!

Beautifully decorated condominium features 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Bedroom facing the ocean has a private bathtub that overlooks the beach! Enjoy a nice warm bath while relaxing in the bathtub! Second bedroom fully private with bathroom and walk in shower.Stunning views from the living and bedroom. Full Kitchen ready to make a homemade meal that everyone can enjoy featuring 4 burner stive top, oven, dishwasher and full refrigerator. Standard Black and Decker Coffee Pot (coffee not included). One Large Towel and One Washcloth included per guest. The Condo is in a building that has a private parking lot. The guest fee per vehicle is $25 per vehicle per stay collected by the building at the time of checkin.

A few problems with this property. The dryer did not work. The bathtub can not be used, due to having an inadequate water heater. The owner promptly sent a repair man when we called, but it was not a solvable problem. The shower gets the bathroom very wet. The pretty white chairs are very stained. There are missing transition strips in the flooring. During our stay there was also an issue with one of the other tenants in the building setting their condo on fire.

Vacation

We wanted to stay with easy access to the beach and it delivered. Everything was as advertised. Comfortable beds and a nice living space for 4. Only thing we had a problem with was the oven not working.
