The door lock was broken so i could not leave my room as the door would not lock after leaving. The bolt locked while i was int the room but i could not leave.
It smelled musty and like urine.
The credit card reader was not working when i got there so i said i would pay in the morning. i got a call at 11:30 pm saying the cc reader was now working.
the next morning i decided to not come back for the 2nd night i had reserved. the girl at front desk said i had to request my refund for the 2nd night through Expedia. i called Expedia and they said i have to get my refund from the motel. i called the motel back and she said she will get with management. no receipt was given to me from the motel. nothing. Thanks but no thanks. i will never use Expedia again and i will be posting this terrible experience on 3 social media platforms.
