This beachfront home (with direct beach access) offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms: two king bedrooms, a playful bunk room for the kids, and a cozy daybed tucked into the bunk space — just right for reading, napping, or winding down after a day in the sun.

To make beach days effortless, the home also includes 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach wagon, and toys for the kids. We’ve thought of the details so you can pack light and focus on fun.

First Floor: Bright and welcoming, this level includes an ocean-view living and dining area, a continent powder bath, a fully stocked kitchen + coffee bar, a spacious walk-in pantry with all your cooking essentials, including a crockpot, griddle, waffle maker, toaster, microwave and blender.

Second Floor: The primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private deck with beautiful ocean views — perfect for morning coffee or stargazing. Across the hall, you’ll find the second king bedroom, the bunk room, and a shared guest bathroom.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set AC to 75. Make sure all lights, fans + bathroom exhaust fans, TVs are turned off. Leave any used towels/linens on floor. Close up Hot tub.Place key back in lockbox when exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

We kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. Please note: If a pet is brought onto the property a cleaning fee of $500 per pet will be charged.
We do not allow spring breakers, whether it’s a chaperoned party or college students. You will forfeit all remaining funds and be evicted.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

This house was fantastic! We enjoyed being right on the beach and everything felt so comfortable in the house. The views from the hot tub are gorgeous and the decor in the house is so warm and inviting. We had everything we needed to cook meals and there were plenty of beach toys for the kids to enjoy. We will definitely be coming back!

Brand new, well-appointed, clean house in a perfect oceanfront location. Excellent hosts. Great for couples and families. Baby/safety gates in logical locations that tuck away when not in use. Lots of other little conveniences. If you are looking, just book it.

This is the perfect house in the perfect location. The private beach and the hot tub were perfect. The house itself was very clean with everything you would need for your stay. There is a grocery store just a one minute walk away that also has anything you may have forgotten or need. The host is absolutely amazing and quick to respond with any questions you may have. We rebooked this house before we even left!

Beautiful Beach House!

Check in was well explained and super easy! The kitchen had all the necessities plus some. I appreciated the crockpot! Our stay was very comfortable from the beds and linens to the plush bath towels. The hosts were prompt, professional and kind with communication regarding our stay! Have already recommended to friends!

This beach house was perfect in every way. Thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need — from flashlights for the kids’ evening crab hunts to a lighted path leading straight to the sand. The décor is clean, calming, and beautiful, and every detail felt high-quality — comfy mattresses, plush towels, and even fancy soap! Not to mention the amazing view from the top porch!
