Upstairs, the large sun deck is ideal for morning coffee or afternoon lounging, while the downstairs area features shaded seating surrounded by tropical landscaping. The private dock includes a fish cleaning station, underwater fishing lights, and a canal ladder for easy water access. After a day on the water or beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in one of the multiple outdoor seating areas. Great home. Clean, new and lots of fun amenities. The boat slip is wider and taller thank most of the surrounding options and was large enough to accommodate my 23' bay boat with a t-top. Great communication. Highly recommend.
