(This condo provides a small undercounter fridge that does not produce ice-bring a bag if needed.)

Other Things to Note:

1. Construction Notice:

***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.

2. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

3. This condo only has a minifridge with a small freezer. It does not produce ice so bring a bag of ice if you prefer (2 ice trays are provided to make ice).

4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers

This condo offers its guests a water park, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
