Home offers a blend of comfort, convenience and a true beach front home experience. This unique floor plan offers a 1-bdrm queen with a 1/2 bath on the top floor with a private entry and deck with expansive beach views as well as remarkable sunrise and sunset panoramic scenes. Main floor deck has a Hot Tub, cool green scape covering and is a large wrap around with impressive unobstructed vista of the Gulf shore waters. Fenced in with a locking gate to keep children safe around stairs. Some beach toys and accessories are provided. Enjoy modern amenities: washer, dryer, air conditioning, 4 smart TVs, internet, office area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for families or small groups seeking a memorable stay. External safety lights and cameras are installed. Hot tub is drained, cleaned and water is replaced after every guest stay. Pets are no longer accepted.

Incredible place to stay. The attention to details… the little touches… the extra TLC the owner has put in to the property shows tremendously. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, and the distance into town is extremely manageable.
