The pool is easily accessible and therefore I recommend families with toddlers or young children (that cannot swim) be aware and take caution!
Guests must agree to observe quiet time hours of: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM on Friday and Saturday 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM on Sunday through Thursday
Guests must agree to having only 12 people in your party at anytime. More than 10 could result in immediate eviction with no refund.

This host was PERFCT! The property was amazing! We all loved it!!!! The only 2 things were the hot tub is older and you can’t really see the buttons to operate it .. but we still used it daily and definitely enjoyed it!!The other thing is the spa tub.It was definitely clean just didn’t look it and the water pressure is not enough to fillIt quickly so if you wanted to use that, which we did but weren’t able to you’d have to run the water for over an hour.But it wasn’t a huge deal because everything else made up for that!The kitchen was amazing! Everything was there almost like home!!! We will definitely try and book again!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The host checked on us to make sure everything was good through out our stay! The house is beautiful and very well accommodated for all your needs! The pool was a huge hit for our kids and the hot tub was perfect for the adults! The house had everything you could possibly forget because let’s be honest. As much as we prepare for a trip, sometimes things get left behind, but not with this property she got your back!

Kelly was wonderful!! She left such welcoming touches for us and we felt thoroughly at ease staying there. The pool and hot tub were great as well as the outdoor fireplace. It was the perfect place to stay before our cruise drive. Would highly recommend! We had a great time!!!

This property was better than advertised. Attentive host. Very clean property. Fully stocked kitchen. Grandkids were entertained the entire time between the hot tub, heated pool and games. Minutes away from beautiful sunsets on the beach. Property was very quite even over new eve. Kids loved the loft.

Awesome!

The house was just as listed. Clean and well kept house, with a good assortment of utensils and flatware. Bathrooms were very clean and updated Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The back deck was the best with a large pool, hot tub, gas grill, pool table and plenty of chairs and loungers to choose from. Kelly, the host, has done a great job with her house. Would definitely stay again.

Paradise at the Flip-Flop Inn

This property lived up to the photos. The indoor spaces allowed our two families to spread out, but the highlight was the outdoor spaces. The pool, hot tub, pool table, and outdoor gathering space were well designed to provide everything our group could want for entertainment and relaxation when we were done at the beach! Due to the location in Galveston, I would strongly recommend a car or budgeting for ride share services.

Perfect

House was warm and inviting as soon as we entered the door. Was able to check in early but unfortunately we didn’t make it in to be able to so but the option was there just as well as checking out, but we decided we needed to get on the road. If I could give a better rate I so would. Pool was warm, hot tub was hot and the pool table was the highlight of the stay. My teenagers loved it. House had everything you needed and then some. Would recommend stay again and again.

Worth every penny.

It is obvious Kelly takes great pride in her VRBO. The home is clean and has everything you need for a home away from home vacation. She goes above and beyond to create the perfect home environment. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The rating is well above a 10 out of 10. You can’t go wrong with this rental. And being on the island everything you need from groceries to gas is close by. Kelly is easily accessible. I can’t say enough great things about her and her rental. Worth every cent we paid.

Vacation Oasis at the Flip Flop

From the moment we booked the Flip Flop Inn to our final day, hostess Kelly was OUTSTANDING! She graciously accommodated our earlier arrival with a cute welcome basket of goodies and a reminder to let her know if we needed anything. She even checked with us to be sure we were doing well part way through our stay. Flip Flop was PERFECT for our two families to meet for a much needed vacation! The pool and hot tub were WELL used by all, several rounds of pool were played, and a few of the games available during the evening indoors. It is well appointed with all the fixin's - linens, beach/pool towels, extra blankets to cozy up, and let me get started on the kitchen! The older kids LOVED the loft and the bunk room was just right for the younger ones. So close to many attractions and dining (but we stayed in A LOT) even finding time to bake. If we head back down to Galveston, we will absolutely book the Flip Flop Inn with Kelly - you should too!

Great find!!

We all enjoyed our stay at the Flip Flop Inn!! It had an awesome hangout space in the back with a pool, hot tub, and pool table. Would be a great place for people with kids as well. We will definitely be back!

Great place!

Flip flop Inn is lovely, clean, and very well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The deck, outdoor living area pool and hot tub were family favorites. The host was amazing!

Great time at the Flip Flop Inn

We came to celebrate my brothers birthday with a nice guided fishing trip. My family and I had an amazing time. The pool felt amazing and the kids loved it. The house had plenty of room for all 9 of us to spread out and enjoy the home. Being able to enjoy the games on Sat while the kids swam was awesome. The home is in a great location. Fishing spots are a short drive away as well as Seawall blvd and all the other tourist spots. Would absolutely stay here again.

Flip Flop Inn

My friends and I absolutely adored the house!! Everything was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was a nice way to relax after the beach and in the evenings. We enjoyed spending time on the back porch chatting and sipping drinks. We came to celebrate my birthday and when we arrived there was goodies and balloons. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and am already thinking about coming back. :)
