Step into laid-back island living at Palm Breeze Retreat, tucked inside the quiet and welcoming Palms at Cove View community. Just a short stroll brings you to Galveston’s scenic beaches—perfect for a morning walk, afternoon sunbathing, or building sandcastles with the kids.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, airy living space with a coastal flair. Curl up on the comfy couch for movie night, brew your favorite coffee in the well-stocked kitchen, or catch up on work at one of two designated workstations—each equipped with a monitor and high-speed Wi-Fi. The queen-sized bed promises a restful night, while the sleeper sofa offers extra room for little ones or friends.

After your beach day, rinse off the salt and sand, then head to the community pool or fire up the grill under the gazebo. Whether you’re exploring Galveston’s top attractions—like Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, or deep sea fishing—or simply unwinding at the condo with a glass of wine, you’ll love coming home to this peaceful, well-equipped hideaway.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason. Please make sure to review and understand the policy before booking to avoid any surprises later.

Rules and Courtesies:
Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the condo, the immediate space around this condo, or any common areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping. $500 fine will be charged if evidence is found.

Please do not leave wet towels outside. Bring them inside and place in the washing machine.
Please do not move furniture outside. Use the provided camping chairs as needed.
Do not leave trash outside the door. There is a $150 fee for any trash left outside.
There is a $200 fee for lost pool passes, and a $250 fee for lost gym passes.

Guests are required to complete registration before arrival. Please provide the full names of all adults and children, along with valid IDs for all adult guests. We also need your vehicle information, including license plate number and make/model.

Guests are allowed 1 vehicle (no boats or trailers). Please reach out before hand and we may be able to talk to the HOA about making an exception. Exceptions will not be made if we do not get permission BEFORE check-in.

Pool and Gym Rules:
All persons must always wear a pool band while in the pool area or pool. You will NOT be allowed in the pool area without a pool band. HOA reserves the right to press trespassing charges if this is violated. Pool hours are from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily. Trespassing outside these hours is subject to a $150 fine. Please rinse off before entering the pool and wear proper swimming attire. No glass containers allowed. Any persons intoxicated or cause a disruption of any sort in the pool area will be subject to lose privileges and will be fined. Anyone under 18 years of age must be with an adult while using fitness equipment or in the fitness area. The fitness area is available for use Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible

This condo offers its guests a fitness center and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Galveston condo is smoke free.
