This elegantly appointed Silver Foot rail car features California Redwood paneling, well- appointed kitchen, complete with dishwasher, premium bed linens, and is uniquely located on a 5 acre railyard adjacent to the 1936 Train Depot. Guests enjoy visiting museum exhibits, touring railcars during museum hours, or the ambience of a moonlit stroll. Exhibits include art, model trains, memorabilia, train simulator, and the Ghosts of Travelers Past sculptures.
Current exhibits include Dining in Style, 20th Century Railroad Porcelain China and Silver, and Traveling on a City at Sea: The Story of the Battleship Texas.
