The price of this property is relatively high, yet the experience was completely unacceptable. The room was unclean and far below expected standards, making it impossible for me to stay. As a result, I had to change my plans and leave, causing significant inconvenience. While the staff were polite in person, they failed to respond to calls from Expedia during the reservation change, which further added to the frustration. Overall, the property is overpriced and does not deliver the quality or value that guests are paying for.

The photos are very deceiving and the actual hotel didn’t look anything like the photos. The whole place seemed dirty and run-down, including our room. The front desk attendant was kind. We only needed to stay for a short period of time but wouldn’t stay here again.
