The Victorian Condo Association charges a mandatory $30 plus tax resort/parking fee for stays of up to 14 days and $70 for stays of 15 to 50 days to be paid at the time of check-in. This fee covers parking for two vehicles for up to two weeks as well as guest wristbands for access to the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and wifi.

No access is granted without a rental agreement being signed by the guest and approved by Coastal Waves Vacations LLC - even if paid in full. We require your mailing address, names and ages of all individuals staying at the condo, a government-issued ID, selfie, and vehicle information.

This condo offers its guests a water park, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. For a fee, parking is available.
