Location was great, staff was super friendly, room was large and clean, bed very comfortable. Only two complaints, one of which is very minor and that was a lack of towels. This was easily and quickly looked after. The other complaint was the air conditioner which was really noisy and made getting to sleep challenging. Would stay there again, just perhaps in a different room with a quieter air conditioner

We were in town for a race. We arrived a few minutes after breakfast is closed. But rather than pull up all of the food, they gave us a few extra minutes so that way we could get our breakfast.

Everything was very nice. The lobby was very clean and the woman who checked us in was very nice. There was a little snag with the system at checkout, but it was fixed and she was very friendly. Our room was nice, clean, and cool. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. Everything was kept up nicely. We are not breakfast people, but we noticed they had a nice spread with a little something for everyone (including fruit!). The fitness center was nicely kept up as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good customer service definitely makes a stay much more enjoyable!

Stayed here after returning from a cruise. We wanted somewhere central and easy to walk around to see the sights. This property is very clean and the staff are very accommodating. We arrived before our check in time and were able to store our luggage which allowed us extra time to explore Galveston Island. Would definitely recommend this property!!!

The whole hotel was spotless walked in the front doors and had a very pleasent smell everything in the lobby was spotless it looks like the hotel was brand new then the room was spotless and smelt clean when entering it didn't have the musty smell some hotel rooms have it was a large room a very large bathroom and shower and everyone was very friendly
