We asked for a room on the upper most floor and were placed on the second floor, one of the lowest floors. We had a view but it was obstructed by another building and power lines. The room was noisy with sounds like people moving furniture and dropping things on the floor up until about 11pm. On a positive note, the room was nice and it was convenient to have a balcony with chairs. The hotel is a fairly new build so it looked nice, both the lobby and room. Staff were friendly.

Staff was great. But there is no room cleaning. There isn’t even towel service unless you go to the desk. Place was clean but water pressure was horrible. Had to run around to get wet. Included breakfast was pretty skimpy.

Room was very clean. This seems to be a new hotel. Price was very good. Super hotel for the overnight stay when going on a cruise. Some rooms have gulf views. Included breakfast wasn’t the best we’ve seen but had all the staples. Always felt safe. Chick fil a 3 blocks away. Galveston Pleasure Pier is nearby.We will stay here again. Staff always very helpful.

Room was great, staff was helpful and kind. It was very loud with wind noise, and was not as close to the cruise terminal as advertised. Food was good, but they didn’t have chicken or beef options.
