Welcome to the lovely city of Galveston! A freshly renovated beach condo in Galveston Island that provides a relaxing atmosphere and everything you need for your tropical getaway. Our condo sits right across from the Gulf and is just steps away from all the attractions that Galveston has to offer. By staying here, you also have access to two communal swimming pools, a poolside hot tub, grilling areas, shared clubhouse, fitness center and gated parking.

This renovated 1br/1ba condo boasts an inviting open floor plan and interiors designed to inspire a vacation state of mind with an airy feel, calming hues, and relaxed furnishings.

Living room hosts a large, comfortable sofa, a 55" flat-screen TV, and private patio access to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Well-equipped kitchen with dining area, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hot water kettle, and Keurig coffee maker.

Cozy bedroom furnished with a king bed, reading nook, and clothing rack (please note: walk-in closet in bedroom is not available for guests).

Bathroom features a spacious vanity area and tub/shower combo with tile accents. In-house washer and dryer behind folding doors in the hall.

*Parking: Reservations at the Dawn Condo require a parking fee of $40 ($36.70 + $3.30 tax) for stays less than 3 days and $50 ($45.88 + $4.12 tax) for stays more than 3 days, paid directly to The Dawn HOA at their front office upon arrival. This is a one-time fee per vehicle per stay (two vehicles max). Pool and gym wristbands will also be provided upon parking pass pick up.

This condo offers its guests a fitness center and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
