● Pet policy: 2 pets is/are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: We can accommodate parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

Step inside the main level and you`re welcomed by a sunlit open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room — the perfect setting for morning coffee, family-style dinners, or unwinding together after a long day in the sun. All four bedrooms are conveniently located on this same level, making the home ideal for guests who prefer single-level living. Two of the bedrooms are true family favorites — each featuring a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk, comfortably sleeping six guests apiece and offering plenty of flexibility for parents traveling with kids. The remaining two bedrooms each feature a king-sized bed, offering restful, spacious retreats for couples or adult guests. Three full bathrooms round out the layout, giving everyone the space they need to get ready and head out for the day.

One of the biggest highlights of Beachside Butterfly is its prime location in Beachside Village — one of Galveston`s most charming, family-friendly beach communities, known for its cheerful cottage-style homes and easy walkability. You`re just a short walk or drive from neighborhood beach access, making beach days quick and simple whether you`re setting off on foot or grabbing the golf cart. When you`re ready to venture beyond the village, you`re a short drive from the Galveston Seawall, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, and the historic Strand District, along with the island`s best restaurants and shops. Whether you`re planning a family reunion, a friends` getaway, or a relaxing week by the coast, Beachside Butterfly gives everyone room to relax, connect, and enjoy.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- NO oversized vehicles of any kind per HOA regulations.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
