From the moment I TRIED to check in, the staff was rude. They told me they couldn’t find my reservation. After waiting they said the room they got me hadn’t been used in a very long time. The bed sheets were stained with what looked like bleach. The next morning I get woken up to an employee banging on the door telling me no one should be staying in the room. I went back down to speak to front desk about the situation only to be told they figured everything out, and didn’t offer an apology. I then decided I couldn’t stay there another night and asked to speak to the manager. The manager then apologized and stated they would refund the remaining days I had booked when I checked out. Well, it’s been days later and I find out they refused to refund my stay. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room smelled, we bought since air freshener and it couldn’t hide the smell, the floor had not been swept, we pulled the sheets down to go to bed, and the sheets had not been changed and were dirty. My husband got the emergency blanket out of the truck and put it on top of the bed so we could sleep. Could not sleep well between the smell and the constant yelling by another room. When we got up in the morning, there were roaches all over the floor. About 20 roaches on the bathroom, 5 near the sink outside the bathroom and over 10 in the bedroom area. Avoid at all costs. We reported it to management and they did not offer any kind of accommodation or discount.

First they put us in a dirty room, then moved us to a basic roomafter renting a deluxe room, then moved us to a room where the 2 beds were wall to wall with minimum room between beds. We had to do all of this at 10:30 at night in the cold wind. I don't think i will be returning here.

The room had peeling paint and caulk. Some holes where the walls met the flooring. I forgot to include my mobility issues and when I got there I was put in a room on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Staff would not accommodate another room. There were stains on my bedding, pillow case and sheet. Minor, but still gross. The building was very aged. Kind of grossed me out, but I was only there for 1 night. Would not recommend.
