Nice place but needs work

Washer and dryer were broken before we arrived. Shower handle broke off. Major cracks in kitchen sink and floor. Great location. Nice layout. Just needs quite a bit of work and was advertised as having two full baths and a washer/dryer. Only one shower in the unit.
