This charming 4-bedroom Galveston getaway is the upstairs unit of a historic east end home turned duplex. Unwind on the spacious porch after a fun-filled beach day – Sunny Shores is a 2 minute drive from the beach and close to the Pleasure Pier! After exploring The Strand`s shops & restaurants nearby, gather the family a delightful end to the day. Please note, being a duplex, the outdoor amenities are shared with the downstairs units.

● Location: East End neighborhood of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the Historic Pleasure Pier and the beaches at the seawall.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed for $25 per pet. All pets must be approved.

● Parking: 2 Cars can park in the driveway in the front of the house and 3 cars can park in the driveway in the alley.

Escape to Sunny Shores, a charming 4-bedroom home nestled within the top floor of a historic Galveston home turned duplex. Located in the prestigious East End Historic District, this vacation rental offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Just a short trip from The Strand`s vibrant shops and restaurants, and a short two-minute drive from the beach and lively Pleasure Pier.

Sunny Shores offers ample space for families and friends to spread out and relax. This unit, occupies the top two floor of the duplex and features a comfortable layout. As you enter, the living room welcomes you on the right, perfect for movie nights or game nights. The room on the left is bedroom 1 and features a Queen-sized bed and a full sized bed. Further down the main hallway you will find the kitchen and dining area. To the right is a bedroom with a pull out sofa. On the left is another bedroom that features a king-sized bed. At the end of the hall off the kitchen is a 4th bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds, directly across from a full bathroom.

Tired from your day of fun in the sun? Enjoy a refreshing beverage while people-watching on the spacious front porch. Please note, the backyard and exterior amenities are shared with the first floor unit.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
