Ambience, location, furnishings, parking are the top four priorities when searching for the perfect vacation spot. You found a hidden gem!! This is two blocks from the beach on a less than busy street. Tucked away close to the seawall with restaurants and bars within two blocks. Side porch off the living room is perfect after a long day at the beach and there is a rear deck and side patio with a shower to rinse after coming home from the beach. GVR13386

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Allows one pet with a (non refundable pet fee $100)
The backyard has a fence at the back, it is not fully enclosed
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The only positive about this place was it was close to the beach. From the very start the lock pad did not work. We were given the wrong code, and when we called they couldn't give us a correct one. The house is very small. It says 2 bedrooms, I would not all this a 2 bedroom house. There was one room you that had a very shaky bunkbed, you had to go through the bedroom to get to it. There are no doors on either "bedroom". The window would bang loudly every time it was windy. Waking us up from our sleep. The cold air came in from the outside due to windows not being sealed. The shower is terrible. It is tiny. I was unable to shave my legs without cutting myself multiple times. The pullout bed was disgusting. The tree in the back/side yard drops so many berries and seed, you can't enjoy being out there. They were all over the ground, chairs, and our shoes every time we went over to the area to let the dogs out. They are also toxic to dogs. The pictures show paddle boards, you are not able to use the one there, as it is locked up. They table is a patio table with 2 chairs. This place may be ok for two people, but I would not put more than that in here. This is not a place we would stay again or suggest to any friends or family.
