Horrible absolutely terrible. Charged a premium price simply because it was the 4th of July weekend. One power switch controlled the entire room. The door didn’t close or lock properly. The young front desk attendant was smoking pot with a guest. Blood and poop stains on bed. Pillows were so old and clumpy. Tv didn’t work. Absolutely the worst stay at any property ever

Stayed for 1 night. Whike checking in clerk was talkig to another staff member about somebody fighting. Walk into room and smelled bad like a smell was being covered up by spray. Bed super hard and a flat sheet and 1 thin fleece blanket provided. Curtain dis not close all the way so you could see in the room ( we were on the bottom floor )

Horrific

We left and they refused to refund our money. There were burn holes in the bedding, rusted bathroom fixtures, & plastic grocery bags stuck between a gap in the wall between the AC unit and the wall. Horrific property and room.

Absolutely NO!

Immediately asked for pur money back. Not clean, moldy and falling apart furniture. Smelt like mildew and mold and something i couldnt figure out. No towel or any extras. They obviously bought an old property that is need of some major remodeling.

When we got there the staff was rude and could not find our reservation. Once that was finally worked out the room was musty smelling and had mold in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable, i would not stay there again

We were surrounded by bums and addicts. I would have stayed somewhere else but the island was booked due to it being the 4th of July Holiday. The room was absolutely horrible. Needed upgrades to say the least. I honestly didn’t even want to take a shower it was so disgusting. I slept on my own blankets and pillows. My family came down as well and was able to book at another hotel so I sent my two children with them. I am at the point that I’m not going to book with Wyndham anymore because it seems like all they do is buy these ghetto hotels and slap their name on it. We were appalled by what we walked into. But like I said. No other hotel was available in a 75 miles radius so we had no other choice. I would like a refund on my stay and I will more than likely be staying with another hotel from now on.

Awful with no refund.

No place to hang clothes. No phone in the room. No towels. You could see outside around the AC unit and the bottom of the front door. One item of furniture in the room had rotten upholstery. Never seen anything this bad!

There were no towels in the room and when discovered i went to the office but it was closed. How is the front desk not 24 hours? The floors were not swept or moped. The ac was in the wall but a large crack around the edges allowed people passing by to hear into the room.

After much research for the trip and budget we stayed here. Upon arrival we went to our room and had no toiletries,towels,stained top bedding.3 very flat and poor conditioned pillows for a king size bed, a dirty refrigerator. When we asked for towels we were told we had to wait for some to be laundered.we had a poor working television as well. The office was closed in the morning sometimes until 8am to get coffee. We had to go to the gas station for tp since office was closed to ask for some. We stated with a half a roll. I just felt this place is false advertising. If there was more transparency we could have prepared or chose another place.

Don’t do it! Move on and fast!!

Staff was friendly but the room was not properly cleaned and stocked with toiletries, thank god that I had stuff in my car. The AC unit was very loud. The TV and microwave didn’t work and it didn’t even have a remote in the room for it either. This was the last room available and we were too tired to move to the next town to seek another room
