The room was ok needs some updates done in the bathroom no exhaust fan shower was hard to get into needs to be a walk in not a tub. The room was very damp because of the humid weather I’m sure but it was uncomfortable and the biggest problem was the door to the patio did not lock it was broken so we couldn’t lock it. The staff was nice the hotel was beautiful with Christmas lights and trees it was very pretty

The pool area was extremely inviting. The only issue was the area that was corded for the cabana rentals that was never rented but those seats were not available. Everything else was spot on.

The daytime staff were awesome. The night time staff was just okay. The cove bartender was more interested in playing her crossword puzzle. The rooms were nice. But the bed was like laying on cardboard. Great view of the beach. Nice private balcony.
