Updated and modern with so much original historic charm, built in 1865 this home is registered with the Galveston Historical society as a 1900 Storm Survivor. This updated 2 story is fully fenced and provides enough room for your family to enjoy their island getaway with all modern conveniences including central AC, free WiFi, Smart internet TV’s, and an Xbox.

Kitchen is equipped with cooking and dinnerware, microwave, full size refrigerator, filtered water&I center, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee pot (kuerig & regular pot), espresso machine, toaster & blender. Wake up and enjoy your coffee on the front porch furnished with rocking chairs and front porch swing, The backyard is another extended living/gathering area featuring wood deck, full size commercial sink, large BBQ pit, Firepit, 3 seating areas and electric gate and private parking for 2/3 vehicles.

This home allows you to relax while taking in a good book, listening to music, or simply browsing on your phone using the free WiFi available and updating your social media with all your fun adventures of the day.
