Communication with the team in charge of renting was not good. The room could have been much cleaner. There was dried mud on the floor and dead and alive bugs throughout the condo.

Only had 2 towels 2 wash cloths for a family of 5. Had to go buy extra. Also saw a few water bugs in and around the building. Had to call and get my info for my stay. Never got an email like I was supposed to.
