Disliked: Cleanliness
Not terrible but not great.
This was a family trip for my wife, 4 year old & 2 month old. We do not need a ton of room and the beach is all we do so this house seemed ideal. It was except for a few issues:
-Check in is at 4. We arrived at 4:05 and the cleaning ladies were still there. Drove around and came back at 4:30. Still there sitting around. We parked in the driveway and they quickly finished and left. They were super nice btw, but they were definitely not finished. All of the towels were still wet, not damp but wet. The floor was wet and the rug/carpet seemed dirty.
-the 1 bathroom is very small. The shower is even smaller. It was very difficult to shower ourselves and kiddos.
-the AC is set to 74 during the day, not a big deal but it sure did not feel 74 in the house. It was not fun sitting around and sweating during the day.
Those are our 3 main complaints. Otherwise the location was great. My kiddos had plenty of decking and patio space to play, except for the tobacco spit stains on the deck. It did work for our family but does need a few improvements.
