Quartos limpos. Achei a estrutura com ausência de manutenção. A quadra de vôlei no centro do hotel bem largada, com areia velha e rede toda rasgada. As piscinas descobertas, apenas 2 ficam com temperatura ambiente, as demais bem geladas, o que gera maior concentração de pessoas num mesmo local. Alimentação razoável. Passeio a cavalo bem interessante e a pescaria bem legal.

Eu fiz checkin early pra aproveitar o dia, mas nao achei que compensou o cafe da manha que paguei. O cafe incluso a diaria ok, mas o extra não. No almoco, tem opcao de petisco e hamburger ao inves do almoco tradicional. A Agua da cafeteria é mais cara que dos outros restaurantes. Fora esses detalhes gostei de tudo. Fiz um passeio com um guia e foi bem legal. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.

Razoável... estava muito cheio o hotel e a equipe desde a recepção até os outros funcionários de modo geral cansados. Fomos direcionados a um local, que não era o local tradicional separado para o café da manhã... onde faltaram muitos itens de café, que foram colocados aos poucos de forma improvisada. A alimentação de massas onde jantamos não fez boa digestão e meu esposo e a minha filha tiveram problemas intestinais.

Os funcionários são preguiçosos. Falta explicação da dinâmica do hotel na recepção, no check in. O antedimento nos bares é só no balcão. Pessoal da limpeza dos quartos faz muito barulho. Estando no quarto escutamos barulho de limpeza no andar de cima já nas primeiras horas do dia e durante o dia todo. Vassoura batendo nos cantos, móveis sendo atrasados.

No geral a experiência foi boa, só não gostei porque desligam muito cedo as piscinas, antes das 17h. E o Ofurô não estava quente, só peguei ele frio. Apagam as luzes das piscinas bem antes das 20h. No café da manhã, não tinha nenhum suco natural e pouca opção de fruta. E no jantar, não tinha uma carne assada, nenhuma linguiça, e poucas opções de sobremesa, só tinha pudim.

Hotel-fazenda com excelente infraestrutura e bem diversificado!! Infelizmente está faltando uma boa manutenção das estruturas e o atendimento não é bom! Fica muito a desejar... o café da manhã é bem fraco e no sábado foi caótico... o jantar na pizzaria é fraco, a massa das pizzas parece com as compradas no mercado/industrializadas e sem graça, murchas... o jantar do buffet também é fraco!! A Fazendinha também está bem mal cuidada... minha filha detestou! Uma dica seria ter mais piscinas aquecidas... e separar o café da manhã dos hóspedes e o estacionamento também!! O spa é sensacional!!! A atendente e as massagistas são incríveis e super profissionais! Parabéns!
