This historic home features a small bell tower on the roof and an adjacent frescoed chapel, adding to its timeless charm. The apartment can accommodate 3 guests with 1 living room and 1 dining room. The well-equipped kitchen-dining room includes a stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer. The living room opens onto a lovely covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining, with convenient steps leading to the barbecue and pool.

Positioned in a sunny and panoramic spot, the apartment offers breathtaking views over vineyards stretching to the Apuan Alps. The shared outdoor protected pool features a well-equipped solarium area, ideal for relaxation. Guests are warmly welcomed by the owners into their private wine cellar, where they can enjoy tasting exquisite local wines.
