Casa Grazia is a wonderful property ideally positioned to visit San Gimignano, Volterra and Florence. It is a group of 3 individually villas surrounded by a well maintained and completely fenced garden. The sparkling, shared pool is located in a sunny area of the garden. It is overlooked by one of the villas, while the others are a short distance away on a lower level of the garden. The gardens include a large sunny, flat area, ideal for ball games, and a pretty shady area with tall trees.

About the villa

Stalla is the original stables of the property and has been converted into a lovely a two bedroom independent Tuscan villa, located on a lower level than the pool and communal gardens of Casa Grazie. The villa of Casina is an immediate neighbour.
