Outside, a small enclosed garden (300 m2) equipped with a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (9 m x 4 m, h 1.20). There are two loggias equipped both for relaxation and for outdoor lunches and dinners with barbecue. Free WI-FI Internet. Parking inside the property with charging points for electric cars.
