The main attraction of this place is the nature that surrounds it. This includes the wildlife and vegetation that is part of the rainforest. The hotel, unfortunately is in need of updates and maintenance; the staff providing the service are willing to assist, however they lack the skills needed. This is evident in the restaurants and the tours they offer, which are well sought after.

Room clean and bed comfortable. Excellent view from balcony and great hammock to admire it from. Air conditioning up to the climate. Lots of activities on site and places to explore. Fantastic bird life and lots of animals easily seen. Staff pleasant and helpful with most speaking English. Free night safari with room but would highly recommend the other trips. Food good at restaurant and monkey bar. There is a shop for souvenirs and a stand for snacks/soft drinks

The accommodations were comfortable, but we had to wipe the dirt off our feet, from the dirt off the floor, before getting into bed. Food prices wee obscenely absurd. We paid $50 for two ham and cheese sandwiches. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were runny, and room temperature. At dinner, the mashed potatoes served were as cool as the eggs. No wash rags are provided in the rooms. If you want to scrub you make do with full size hand towels. Salt and pepper must be requested at every meal.
