The owner was very friendly and kind. She spoke English very well so I was able to get around the village. The room was also very well equipped with heated floor!

Owners need to treat guest as potential return customers. The experience was not as other top tire pensions. Management charged for BBQ set up that was not used. This property is nice but lacking hospitality. Staff was unprofessional.

쥔장님이 너무 친절하십니다. 방문 전 도착 예정 시간과 이동 수단 미리 확인하시고 다음 가이드를 주셔서 강릉 첫 방문인데 낯설지 않게 잘 다녀왔어요. 도착 시간이 늦었는데도 친절히 안내해주셔서 감사했어요. 충전기를 놓고 왔는데 것두 챙겨주셔서 잘 이용했습니다. 먼지 없이 청결한 방도 좋았어요!

너무 친절하시고 시설도 깔끔해서 좋았습니다! 바로 근처에 해변도 있고 식당이나 카페도 많아서 위치적으로도 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 강릉에 갈 일이 생기면 또 묵고 싶은 곳입니다😆

도로가라 시끄럽고 안락함도 없고 스파와 욕실도 멀어서 물 뚝뚝 떨어지면서 샤워하러 가야되고 스파에선 안되는 것도 많고 암튼 불편불편. . .

아주 오랜만에 휴가를 내고 일부러 강릉 바다근처로 잡은 숙소였는데요. 늦게 도착해서 늦게 체크인했는데도 기다려주시고 친절하게 방 안내도 하나하나 해주셔서 정말 기분좋게 휴가를 보냈습니다! 조용하게 쉬고 싶을때 또 들르게 될것 같아요 ^_^

잘쉬었습니다.

사장님의 따듯하신 환대(?)를 받으며 직접 룸까지 안내하시며 이것저것 알려주셔 첵크인은 그냥 친척집 방문하듯 자연스러웠습니다. 낚시를 핑계로 노부부가 힐링 여행을 왔는데 바다가 가까워 밤에도 잠시 새벽에도 잠시 낚싯대를 바다에 넣어보았네요. 근처에 커피집과 식사할만한데가 많아서 좋았고 수량이 풍부한 뜨거운 물로의 샤워는 해변의 꽃샘추위에 언 몸을 확 녹여주었습니다. 다시 강릉 방문시 재방문하겠습니다. 20년이상 사신 캐나다보다 강릉이 더 좋으신듯 보였습니다.

사장님 너무 친절하세요! 강문해변도 가까이에 있어서 너무 좋구요! 주변에 카페랑 식당도 많아서 좋았어요! 무엇보다 숙소가 너무 예쁘고 맘에들어서 밖에 나가기 싫을 정도였어요!! 앞으로 강릉 올 때마다 여기만 오려구요!! ^^

살짝 좁긴 했지만 성수기에 가격대비 만족합니다 깨끗하고 인테리아가 투박하면서도 품위가 있었습니다주인분이 굉장히 친절하십니다 바다는 아이가 아직 어려서 걸어갈만한 거리는 아니었지만 시설이 잘 되어 있어 잘 놀다 왔습니다

엄청 친절하신 사장님 아늑한 숙소 천장이 높아요 5미터는 될걸요 실내도 넓고 유리창도 커서 만족 만족 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐이 무거워도 괜찮아요 맛있는 음식점들이 가까이 있어요 테라로사커피, 순두부집, 비스트로, 쭈꾸미, 라멘 등등 내년에도 꼭. 갈거에요

피로엔 스파

피곤함을 풀고 싶어서 선택한 스파펜션인데 매우 편하게 잘 쉬고 왔습니다 해변가에서 살짝 뒤쪽이라 조용하면서도 접근성이 좋았습니다 시설도 모두 깨끗하고 기타 구비된 것들이 불편함이 없었습니다. 그리고 사장님께서 친절하셔서 도움이 될만한 주변 지리나 식당도 알려주셔서 식사도 잘 해결했네요
