어메니티의 기준이 없었음 욕실엔 샴푸 샴푸 로션 / 세면대엔 로션 핸드워시가 위치해있었음 이게맞는지 확인하고 바디워시랑 컨디셔너를 요청했지만 20분동안 가져다주지 않음, 재 통화후 받았음 두번째날엔 또 컨디셔너가 사라져있음 욕실엔 로션 샴푸 바디 / 세면대엔 로션 핸드워시가 비치되어있음 컨디셔너는 또 사라짐... 청소자마다 기준이 마련되어있지 않은듯... 또한 체크인시 어메티가 대부분 비워져있었는데 채워지지 않음 연박간 안채워주는건 인정이지만 첫날 체크인 할때는 채워져있어야 하지 않나 생각됨.. 방은 넓고 깨끗하며 오션뷰도 좋았음..

새로 생긴 숙소라 그런지 룸 컨디션이 좋아요. 청결하고, 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 하지만 레지던스의 경우 A와 B동 내 안내 표시가 미흡한 부분이 있어 길을 헤멜 수밖에 없었네요.

신라모노그램 강릉 레지던스

파인뷰예약을 하고 방문하게 되었습니다. 예약한 룸 후기가 없어서 걱정이 조금 되었지만 체크인할때 오션뷰로 업그레이드해주셔서 감사했고 실제 오션뷰도 넘 이쁘고 뷰가 좋아서 만족도가 높았습니다. 체크인도 오래걸린다는 후기가 있었지만 제가 도착한 시간대는 붐비지않고 체크인시간도 짧았습니다. 전체적으로 만족도가 높아 즐거운여행보낼 수 있었습니다.

즐거운 여행

호텔과 레지던스로 구성 깨끗하고 고급스런 신상호텔로 모든 것들이 만족스러움 속초의 카시아처럼 스카이라운지가 있었으면 하는 아쉬움 조식은 이용하지 않아서 모르겠음 주차장 사용 편리함 3시 체크인인데 30분일찍 도착했는데 친절하게 체크인 진행해줌 짐은 유산소와 근력을 위한 방이 따로 있으나 조금 작음 여행의 반은 좋은 숙소라는데 해변과 가깝고 한적해서 전망도 좋고 너무 편안하고 행복한 여행이었음
