The staff were very nice and efficient. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The gym is wonderful! The hotel layout was well organized and made sense. The additional fees to use amenities, things being closed without warning, no in-room control of the AC, and wait times for elevators made it a very good stay instead of an excellent stay.

A trip to Gyeongpo Beach

1.Lobby: Friendly staff and quick service 2.Room: Clean and cozy 3.View: Beautiful lake backdrop with a stunning evening sunset 4.Breakfast: Moderately priced, but with premium-quality offerings 5.Dinner: A fantastic buffet on the 20th floor, like a dream party – Unlimited beer and wine 6.Swimming Pool: A bit pricey, but perfect for enjoying in the evening 7.Gym: Well-equipped and very clean

The location and view were great. However, it does not have 5 star hotel service and care. The water in swimming pool was not really clear and others were just similar to 3 to 4 star hotels in South Korea
