Helpful

Proactively went out of their way to help making the stay comfortable although our visit was surprise since it was not a hotel or motel. Instead, it was a pension for family glamping style facility.

청소가 많이 미흡하고 침구류 및 수건에서 냄새가 심하여 교체 하였고 수건은 교체해 주신다더니 가져다 주지 안으셨고 방바닥이 장판이 아닌 닦을수 없는 소재로 되어있어 악취가 났다 리모델링으로 바닥부터 교체를 해야할듯 합니다

직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 그리고 자연속에 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 시설이 오래되었고... 전체적으로 불편합니다.. 시설투자가 힘든 시기라는것 이해는 하지만... 다시 찾아오는 고객을 만들기 위해서는 조금 부족한듯합니다...
