It was good for a stop over driving from San Francisco to the Oregon coast. The guy at the front was very nice and check in was quick. Bed was ok, sheets were scratchy, but it was not expensive and it was clean and quiet. Lots of homeless walking around the town but no problems. Just like a 1950s motor lodge. I had a lot of baggage to bring inside and it was super close to my car.

Cute little motel

Clean and spacious room. Two walls had wood paneling that really added to the forest-like feel of our vacation. Very long wood veneer desk in great condition. A well taken care of motel. Restaurant next door was open late, with good Mexican and American food.

Not worth to stay here

Dirty and unclean befsheets. No bin in bathroom Towels are smelly and unclean There was one used towel in bathroom Towels are Kept on Toilet seat , very unhygienic

Check-in was smooth and efficient — one of the few places where staff actually check and respond to Expedia messages! We really appreciated that they honored our request for two side-by-side rooms, making our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were impressively clean and thoughtfully furnished. Each included: A table with two chairs A large, elongated table/dresser combo Coffee machine with coffee and condiment packets Shampoo and body wash packets Plenty of fresh towels A spotless tub and toilet Parking was also a major plus — easy, safe, and located directly in front of the rooms. This made unloading luggage super convenient, especially for our late-night check-in. No stress, no long walks, just park and rest. Overall, a reliable and well-managed stay. Great value, great service, and hassle-free from start to finish!

Clean, well maintained perfect location and price.

Very clean. Everything in the room in good working order. Even AC vents were spotless. Great jumping off point for Avenue of the Giants and Richardson Grove. Not fancy but very clean and well kept. Easy walk to attractions in Garberville.

There were roaches in the bathroom. The tub had no safety mat and the fiberglass was slippery. Plus there were no safety bars. I was intimidated about taking a shower. The only thing this motel has going for it is its name on the freeway signs.

Great property with great owners who are fast, efficient, and kind. I stayed at a Best Western a 1/2 mile away on the same road that was disgusting and 2.5 times the price. Although no breakfast - better property in spades!
