Spacious apartment of about 100 square meters, is located 1 km from the center of Garda and is located in a quiet area on the first floor of a two-family house (above that of the owners) with a private garden surrounded by fragrant lemon trees.
The newly furnished apartment has two large double bedrooms (on request you can have a baby bed at a cost of € 5 per day), two bathrooms with all sanitary facilities, and a closet room complete with laundry. The apartment also has a large kitchen equipped with everything needed with a dishwasher and oven, and a spacious and bright living area with a large table and a comfortable sofa. The apartment has free wifi.
The center of Garda is easily reachable through a pleasant walk along a tree-lined avenue or through the free shuttle bus service.
The Limoni apartment is an ideal place for a holiday in a relaxing environment and the starting point for many excursions. Nearby there are excellent restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, spa and swimming pools, golf course and much more.

Only motor-bicycles can be parked inside the courtyard, the car can only be used for loading-unloading. In front of the house there are many free parking spaces and a large free parking behind the house.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment as a family of 5 (three children between 12 and 7 years old). It was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The trampoline outside was a big hit too! Our host was so welcoming and gave us lots of tips on how to get around, places to visit etc. She also had some welcome gifts for the children which was very kind. There is a free shuttle bus right outside the apartment but we found ourselves walking to and from the town centre as it’s only 15 minutes walk but nice to have the option of the bus back if a hot day! There are supermarkets walking distance from the apartment so you can easily pick up some essentials and the ferries and bus services are very easy - we visited Sermione and Gardaland with no issues. We had a brilliant week and would definitely visit again!

Perfect place to stay

Casa dei Limoni was wonderful, spacious, clean with a patio area to have a meal or relax. It was very quiet, even though the owner and the family live downstairs. Ideally situated for trips into Garda town itself either by the free shuttle service, or by car (tho there is little need for a car as most places accessible via ferry or reasonably priced bus service). Thank you Elletra, we hope to visit again.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben vier tolle Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus war sehr aufgeräumt, sauber und groß mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, allerdings etwas weiter entfernt von der Innenstadt und dem See (ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und hat uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, insgesamt sehr gerne wieder.

Fantastic apartment, Electtra was fantastic caring host, were in middle of heat wave but nice breeze from mountains. Apartment was of a very high quality ,good fully equipped kitchen and shower rooms, big bedrooms,quite location, nice outdoor space and balcony in a lovely setting. Walk to Garda was about 20 min on slope, but free shuttle bus 9 till 12.00 and 4 to 7pm. Would not hesitate to book again if returning to Garda.Excellent

Alles war prima, die Gastegeberin war sehr nett und fürsorglich. Wir standen immer in Kontakt, haben sogar Karten für den kleinen Zug in der Stadt unten bekommen, was sehr zur Freude unserer kleinen Tochter war. Es war sehr heiß, als wir da waren. Da keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung ist, ist es nachts nicht rubtergekühlt, es stehen allerdings Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, der Garten ebenso. Es sind Spielzeuge für Kinder vorhanden und auch ein kleines Planschbecken. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang!

Die Wohnung war unfassbar groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles geboten, um auch selbst kochen zu können. Für Kinder gab es eine große Auswahl an Spielmöglichkeiten, das Highlight war das Trampolin. Alles war in gutem Zustand und sauber. Die Außenanlage und das Haus von außen war sehr schön und gepflegt. Der kostenlose Shuttlebus hat direkt vor dem Haus einen Stopp. Die Lage war in einer ruhigen Wohngegend direkt neben dem Freibad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und man konnte sich jederzeit bei ihr melden wenn man Fragen hatte.

Eine sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Auch, dass es zwei Bäder gibt, ist wunderbar. Die Eigentümerin Elettra wohnt im Haus, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. Schön ist auch, dass es tagsüber einen kostenlosen Busshuttle in Zentrum von Garda gibt. Ein Aufenthalt in der Casa dei Limoni ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumurlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 1,5 und 3 Jahren. Es war einfach der Wahnsinn. Der erste Eindruck alleine war schon perfekt. Der ganze Außenbereich mit den vielen Zitronenbäumen, dem Trampolin, der Sitzecke, den ganzen Spielsachen und dem separate Eingang zur Ferienwohnung brachte uns schon in Urlaubsstimmung. Die Wohnung selbst war auch mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Es waren Spielsachen für die Kinder da, die Küche war super ausgestattet, für die Kinder waren passende Betten bereitgestellt, die beiden Badezimmer waren sehr sauber, am großen Esstisch hatte alle genügend Platz, es wurde für uns eine Wickelmöglichkeit eingerichtet, etc. Elettra und ihre Familie waren so lieb und zuvorkommen einfach ein Traum. Sogar Kirsche und Zitronen wurden uns geschenkt. Ich könnte immer weiter von dieser tolle Unterkunft und dem super entspannten Urlaub erzählen. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Elettra.

Wir haben zusammen mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind den Aufenthalt in dieser äußerst großzügigen Unterkunft genossen. Hervorzuheben sind die Ausstattung und Größe und die Bemühungen der Vermieterin. Die Lage ist zwar etwas entfernt vom Stadtkern und dem See (ca. 15-20 min zu Fuß oder aber per Bus oder Rad aus der Unterkuft schneller) bietet aber mit der Nähe zum Hallenbad (2 min zu Fuß) eine tolle Alternative für Regentage.

TOP Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zu fünft in der sehr geräumigen Wohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war sehr herzlich und hat prima geklappt. Elettra, die Vermieterin, ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflüge. Leider benötigten wir medizinische Versorgung. Auch hier half Elettra uns bei der Kommunikation mit dem Apotheker und später mit dem medizinischen Notdienst. Das schöne uns sehr gepflegte Anwesen liegt in einer ruhigen Lage oberhalb von Garda und man spaziert in gemütlichen 20 Minuten an die Promenade. Für uns war dies kein Hindernis ☺️ Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet, alles was man braucht - Top. Alles in allem, war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Es war sehr schön bei euch.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren über Ostern in diesem Apartment. Die Kommunikation mit Elettra, der Hausherrin, war bereits vor der Anreise sehr nett und hilfreich. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und Elettra hat unserer Tochter sogar ein großes Osterei und Malsachen geschenkt. Das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr großzügig (genau wie beschrieben) und - das war uns sehr wichtig - sehr sauber. Nachdem es an Ostern ungewöhnlich kalt war, waren wir über die einwandfrei funktionierende Heizung sehr dankbar. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement liegt übrigens sehr ruhig. Dennoch ist man zu Fuß in etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Garda. Wem das zu weit ist, kann den kostenlosen Shuttle Service nutzen, der nahe der Wohnung hält. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat uns Elettra bei Fragen immer sehr schnell unterstützt. Nachdem an unserem Abreisetag keine anderen Gäste erwartet wurden, durften wir sogar später abreisen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Erwartungen erfüllt.

Wohnung sehr schön und groß - leider etwas hellhörig. sehr bequeme Betten und Sofas, schöne große Küche mit allem was man braucht. Nebengebäude ist ein Hotel o.ä. in dem frühs die Teller und Besteck gerichtet werden. Im Sommer schläft man doch gerne mit offenem Fenster. Wir selbst sind noch in der Findungsphase was Ferienwohnungen anbelangt. Kommt auch immer darauf an ob die Kinder nochmal mitgehen. Alles in allem okay was die Unterkunft anbelangt. Garda selbst ein wunderschöner Ort. Die Touristeninformation hat leider total versagt. Konnten uns bei unseren Fragen nicht wirklich helfen und wir haben auf eigene Faust unseren Urlaub organisiert.
