The Poiano Resort is set amid 60 hectares of parkland on a hill in Garda and offers an Olympic-size swimming pool, 4 clay tennis courts, 2 padel courts, a putting green, 2 golf courses and a gym with personal trainers. There is also a wellness centre, restaurants and a free seasonal shuttle service to the centre. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. There is an EV charging station on the property. On the residence grounds there is an EV charging station that can be used for a fee.

The pool bar at the outdoor pool is open from 15.05. to 15.09., and sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels (deposit of €50.00) are also available at the outdoor pool. The indoor pool is heated and can be used for a fee. A separate baby pool is also available.
