Enjoy an unforgettable group getaway at this gorgeous Bear Lake retreat. All-new as of 2022, this six-bedroom home comes fully furnished for modern living and boasts a convenient location just a short drive from the beach, lake access, golf, and downtown Garden City. The bright, two-level interior comes well-appointed with all the home essentials, including central heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Upper and lower level living rooms offer group comfort and flexible entertainment options, with plush sofas and a smart TV included in each space. The full kitchen comes equipped for group style meal prep with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. An attached breakfast bar and separate dining counter offer seating for up to five, while the formal dining table sets the stage for family dinners with seating for eight. The furnished and covered front porch makes an ideal perch for morning coffee.

Each floor features a three-bedroom layout. The main-floor primary includes a private en suite and a walk-in closet. A full bathroom is shared between the other two main-floor guest rooms. A custom bunk room on the lower level is the perfect option for younger guests and one of the other lower-level guest rooms features a walk-in closet complete with recliner seating. A full, shared bathroom is available for lower-level household use. All six bedrooms include their own smart TVs for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great house for 12 people to share. Plenty of rooms, beds, and tvs! Huge pantry, fun hot tub, tons of towels, more than the usual amount of trash bags/paper towels/laundry detergent/shampoo/etc which was great. Close to all the restaurants and shops, and being able to use the Ideal resort was great. Would stay again!

Great time at Grandmas

We loved the property from what we saw of the pictures but we’re amazed when we actually got there. It’s fun for all ages with a play room for little kids, to cards and games for adults. The hot tub was wonderful and the access to the private beach meant that we weren’t crowded and could enjoy the lake. Overall we were thrilled and would love to come back again!

Really great place for multi family with kids get away

We did have so much fun staying at this house. There were lots of toys and pretend kitchen stuff for the kids to play. The bunk room was very large with lots of room. We could have had more kids there than we had. Everyone had lots of space. We loved the jacuzzi and the kitchen and family room were big enough for our group to all be in at once and have dinner and visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Good for big family

It was a good experience over all, I wish it was a little be more clear there were small beads on the floor and that was not great for small infants. The management were very nice to work with and putting in orders to get things fixed

New and clean but not well constructed. Garage door broke in the middle of our stay. No door in the toilet room of the master bath (the door had been removed). Hot tub water was green. There’s a grill in the garage with instructions, but you are not allowed to use it. Dining area is small for big groups.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, pros and cons: Pros: plenty of towels, blankets and cooking items. Home is spacious & we enjoyed the hot tub. Access to Ideal Beach resort is a nice perk.It was clean and all information sent and easy to find.Cons: one water heater for that many guests is not enough. We took a lot of cold showers. If you have a boat, be prepared to struggle with parking. Poor design overall within the development. We did it, but its not ideal.Kitchen supplied 2 dish towels. We had to run out to buy paper towel and counter spray to clean the kitchen. Went to use the grill at dinner and out of propane.

Love this place!!!

Took my adult children and spouses to Grandma Buddy’s house. We all really liked the theme of the home. Put a very cool personal touch on it. House was well stocked and super clean. We used the Hot Tub every night. My kids love games and the owners had a huge box of games they provided to choose from. Beds were comfortable and owners were accommodating. Loved the cool touch of the gift when we arrived. I would stay again for sure.
