- Main Floor -
Main floor has a great room with a 60" smart TV, three large couches, dining table with 8 spaces, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom and entry mudroom.

Kitchen has standard appliances, pots and pans with plastic and stoneware options for serving.

- Upstairs -
Upstairs has a small common area with sofa and 55" smart TV, laundry room, and four bedrooms.

Large suite has a king bed and private bathroom with two sinks, shower, walk-in closet. A smart 55" TV is mounted on the wall. This room has a desk. A dell usb3 thunderbolt docking station and an optional ultrawide IPS LG monitor can assist with productivity.

Next large bedroom has a queen bed , a trundle bed providing one twin bed and a closet.

Next standard bedroom has a queen bed and a closet.

Next standard bedroom has three metal bunkbeds for a total of six twin beds and a closet.

- Basement -
Basement is unfished but provides optional flex space with a mid-size ping pong table. The basement does not have heating or cooling capability. It is not considered a permitted space for sleeping.

Keep in mind, this is a private neighborhood and parking is limited to the garage, driveway and 10x40 parking pad on the side of the house.
