Nestled in the heart of Garden City, this cozy retreat is perfect for your next family gathering or group vacation! Located near the lake, Garden City pickleball courts, and Heritage Park, this home is central to all the fun and adventure Bear Lake has to offer. This rental sleeps up to 17 guests within the 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom home.



Main Level

Step into a beautifully designed space featuring a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, a spacious dining table, and an inviting seating area with a TV. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with ample counter space and modern appliances.



The master suite on this level is a luxurious escape, featuring a king bed, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Another bedroom on this floor includes a queen bed, while a third bedroom features a queen bed and a wooden crib with a mattress in the closet. A shared bathroom is also available on this floor for guests` convenience.



Downstairs

Head downstairs to find a cozy living area complete with a foosball table, a smart TV, and a fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. This level features four additional bedrooms: three with a queen and twin bed, and one with just a queen bed. A shared bathroom with a tub and shower combination serves this floor. Additionally, there is an extra fridge and a countertop downstairs for added convenience.
