The room was clean and inviting and very comfortable. My only complaint is that there was a $10 fee for overnight parking, which was not disclosed in advance. I was surprised to see the $11.16 (with tax) charge on my credit card. I’m left feeling surprised and taken advantage of, since I chose the hotel in part because of its advertised cost.

Buried deep deep inside the booking page you will see an additional $10 for uncovered parking. It seems like that should be listed at the top or somewhere more prominent. I also specifically booked this hotel because it had an electric car charging "station" which consisted of 2 chargers, one of which was broken and the other of which was being used by another vehicle and they don't keep any track of how long so I then had to find another station and pay more money to charge my car before I went home. The safety doors in from the parking garage were not kept locked or closed at nite. And my non-smoking room smelled like so much smoke that when I showed up at my meeting the next day someone asked I had been smoking and this was from hanging my clothes in the closet. They also had no alternative milk of any kind at breakfast. Stay away.

We'd definitely be back to this one.. only thing is housekeeping needs to give you a second bc just knocking in then open the door and step right in they should announce themselves as they knock just not a tapping on door n open it my kids were in the shower so I didn't hear the knocking but I would of if they announced themselves. But as soon as I yelled wait wait she stopped trying to open the door and said sorry. But pool was great food was hot I personally a very picky eater so I didn't like that eggs had veggies in them and only had one option for eggs but then we saw the waffle maker and that the best. Staff was great at the fd even worked with me getting a early check ✔️ we will definitely be back

The Staff was quite friendly. However the parking fee of $10. per night was an unexpected expense. The facility would have gotten a better rating if the breakfast area did not have dust built up on the wall behind the equipment. There was dust hanging from the hooks on the wall and the wall's decorative railing. Christina was a pleasure to deal with at the front desk.

We’ve stayed at this property a few times when visiting Hofstra University. It’s close to the school and the mall, There’s lots of dining options around. The property itself is updated, clean, and the free breakfast is very good. The room rate beats other hotels in the area too.
