Nice Property for larger family
This house was the perfect size for our 10 adult and 10 small kid family. It is in a great location for Bear Lake, and parking was plentiful for our two boats and jet skis. The house itself is lovely with a wonderful view. Plenty of room and the theater room was awesome. When the kids were there, we didn't even hear them! Plenty to do and lovely. It wasn't super clean, but also not disgusting. We own a short term rental and so we notice that. Dust on almost every window seal, tv, etc. Anywhere you expect to see dust, it was there in layers. We also found trash in a lot of the drawers and especially in the seats of the theater room. You just expect more when you pay a premium per night to stay somewhere. There are several locked closets and areas, including the pantry, so we had most of our food stashed in random places to get it off the counters and table so we could have places to sit. One of the showers was broken. We also tried contacting the property manager and never heard anything back. No text or call back. So be aware that you book and will be all on your own if you need anything or something goes wrong! We are pretty self sufficient, so it is fine, except we wanted to let them know of the maintenance issues that probably need to be resolved sooner than later. All the pros out weigh the cons and honestly we would book again.
