Toilet wasn't working , I called for help and no one resolved it. I had to go to restroom downstairs from the ninth floor every single time. I called and no one fixed it. Samul the manager said he is going to refund 100 dollars

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend on our first kid-free Disney trip. It was perfect! The rooms were super spacious, clean, updated, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The ART line picks up and drops off right outside, making $6/day passes super affordable and convenient to travel to and from the parks. We’ll be back!

This is a good hotel. Free breakfast but you get what you pay for. It’s not bad but it’s not something I would pay for. From 5-6:30pm they do have complimentary light appetizers and 2 free drinks, which was nice. The rooms are clean. The view is just whatever. Nothing special. We got a “firework view” but you can barely see it. Tv guide only shows what channel is playing so it’s kinda a guessing game. The staff was friendly and kind but I did ask for towels and coffee cups on a 4 day stay on day 1 and I never received them til I asked a third time on day 3. Even then I only received the towels. The hotel was only 10 minutes from Disneyland. Parking was $25 a night. It is an $75 deposit per night and parking will be taken out of that. The pool was a nice relaxing area and did have cornhole. Overall, I did enjoy my stay. With this hotel being on the cheaper side, I will be back.

Would not stay again. Best thing about this hotel is the omelets during breakfast- that’s it. Our toilet constantly draining during our stay. The bathroom sink drain stop was broken so we had to keep it removed in order for the sink to drain. The shower handle was stuck in the closed position and when not closed extremely tight the faucet would drip. The staff who cleaned our room did not replace the towels they took when cleaning our room and at 11pm returning to our room at night with two sleeping babies we called the front desk to get towels- we were told we had to go to the front desk to get them. The parking spaces in the parking lot are small so be mindful of getting dings, we parked on the side of the building as less cars parked over there. Additionally, there was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot so that’s something else to keep in mind with small children. Sometimes during our stay the front sliding doors were not opening so we had to manually open the sliding doors with our hands- while staff were at the front desk. We booked the “fireworks view” however the windows were so dirty we could not see outside at night. If you’re deciding between this hotel and another- pick the other.

I stayed at this hotel for my family vacation to Disneyland and it was the most convenient as they offer the Art disney bus for just 12 dollars for the entire day which takes you and brings you from Disneyland. Breakfast was included buffet style and it was delicious. Staff was very helpful and kind.
