Fabulous breakfast, nice clean rooms. Had a brief problem with hot water. But the hotel fixed that in a few hours. Free Internet service is annoying, but workable.

The 2 young guys preparing breakfast are exceptionally efficient I think one of them’s name is Rodrigo(as shown in his name plate) we watch how quick they move even under pressure.

Room was clean and large. Overall had a good stay, location was close to what we needed. Downside is the additional parking fee that is not on the booking site. I told the desk that it was not listed as an additional fee on hotels .com and they did not seem to care. $25 per day. Also the loud crowd from the ice cream shop in the next lot over is kind of annoying after a long day and you want to go to sleep but can hear everything outside.

The staff was courteous and that was the best part. The jacuzzi has not been maintained and we could not use it because it was yellowish brown and it smelled bad. The breakfast was just okay and the parking situation is terrible. Not enough parking spaces and very tiny parking spaces, yet, they charge you $25 per night to keep your car there.

I stayed at this hotel from 12/26 to 12/29/25. I have stayed here many times before and always liked it, which is why I came back with my extended family. We booked three rooms in total, including one suite. When I first checked in, the room looked neat. However, when I examined the bed more closely, I noticed small, round black particles that looked like mouse droppings, as well as a red stain on the blanket. I immediately spoke with the front desk. They told me housekeeping was done for the day, gave me a blanket, and promised that housekeeping would change the bedding the next morning. I was out the entire next day, and when I returned at night, the bed looked neatly made. But when it was time to sleep, I noticed the same red stain in the exact same spot. It was clear that the bedding had not been changed as promised—only remade. I called the front desk again. They apologized and said housekeeping would come to fix it. A short time later, someone knocked on the door and handed us clean sheets and blankets. However, no one changed the bed for us. I had to change the bedding myself. I do not think this is acceptable. I paid to stay at a hotel, not to do housekeeping myself. This experience was disappointing, especially since I have been a repeat guest and expected better service.
