I have a concern regarding my recent stay at thid property. Our first night around midnight, my daughter woke up to ants in her bed. When she got up, there were ants crawling on her and throughout the bedding. I immediately removed all of the bedding and placed it in the closet to prevent them from spreading further. The morning Thursday, I informed the front desk and showed them the dead ants on a tissue, and I also have photos documenting the incident. The staff did offer to move us to another room; however, we were already scheduled to leave for Disneyland, so relocating was not practical at that time. I later reached out through the hotel chat requesting compensation due to the situation. I was offered one night of free parking, but given the circumstances especially considering my daughter now has visible ant bites on her face. I requested to speak with a manager but was informed she was unavailable due to lunch and then in a meeting when I called back. I have stayed at Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties many times and have never experienced an issue like this before. This situation was distressing, particularly as it involved my child. I would greatly appreciate a follow-up from you to discuss this matter further and work toward a fair resolution. I was never given a call back from the hotel manager. I will be calling Hilton 800 number. I will never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location, you have every store just minutes away if needed. The room we stayed was spotless. The breakfast was good waffle, eggs, cereal ect. The only issue we had was the parking was very compact some spots were better then others but was a tight fit even with a sedan vehicle.
