We checked in early at 2:00pm and the guy at the desk was really nice to let us have a room early. Our room was nice and big on the 3rd floor with the balcony. My only complain is the bathroom needs more counter space for all our toiletries and the blind on the door to the balcony was dirty and only one chair for a room for 2 ppl. Overall it was great very convenient to everything. This is our second time staying there.

The room appeared to be recently updated and was clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure and no shortage of hot water. The building itself needed some updating and cleaning and there was materials and things kind of thrown about the property. When I arrived to check-in, someone was in the lobby calling police about something that happened in his room at the same time an unhoused woman was curled up on a lobby chair. I thought she was asleep until she came up behind me and asked me if I could give her a pair of pants. After I declined, she went back to her spot in the lobby. Check out was quick and easy, but I couldn’t help overhear another gentleman loudly upset with a manager about being overcharged. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

All of the hotel staff were friendly. The location was convenient for our needs. Not happy to be charged for parking when our freshly washed car suffered from an overactive lawn watering system. We had water spots for the rest of the trip and charged $5.00 for it! Plus it is always hard to see water wasted in SoCal.

I love a firm bed. You don't find that too often. I slept well. The door that joined my room with the room next to me was thin and a lot of noise could be heard through the door. My room was clean, the bed was nice and I had the best sleep

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, unfortunately breakfast poor. Just skip it. Hotel priced fair and parking only $5 per night. Would book again and recommend.

Very sketchy characters in the parking lot that made arriving late at night uncomfortable and scary. Outdated bathroom and room, paint covered up molding areas in bathroom. No house keeping service unless you request it and it was not mentioned to us upon check in. Which was a mess in itself. Very close to highway therefore lots of highway traffic at night- bring earplugs. Breakfast is sub par. Recommend staying 5 mins closer from to Disney land if you can. Probably safer and cleaner options
