After checking in and going to our room none of the electrical sockets worked. They thankfully fixed that. The sheets we received for the pull out bed weren’t the right size. The showers water flow was really low but we made it work. The cups have obviously been used and not washed. Used band aids were found in the bathroom floor and hair still in the shower. The last morning our shower was not working. Called the front desk and her response was “I’ll let the maintenance know” an hour passed and I called again and requested a late check out. At that point I wasn’t going to realistically bathe two kiddos and be out the door. She replied “I don’t know where he is and I can’t give you an eta but he’s somewhere here” by 10am I decided to bathe my kids using coffee cups with the water from the sink. Upon check out I was told to “call Expedia with any complaints” worst hotel stay I’ve experienced with my kids.
We stayed a whole week. We were unable to take showers no hot water the whole seven days we stayed front desk could act like they didn’t care the whole time that they were trying to fix it but knew that they weren’t weren’t fixing anything.

Hotel had water issues. No hot water, no pressure of the water. You can hear through walls, noisy hotel.
My Ropm was perfect. Nice, clean and well organized with its arrangement. The bed looked soft, but it was a weird lumpy spring effect. Didn't get much sleep to due to not getting comfortable. But i am a person who prefers firm mattress over soft.
The hotel was beautiful and charming. The front desk staff was great.
The continental breakfasts was ok. Basic foods and selections were present such as. Juices/ coffees. Cereal with two types of milk just missing some type of dairy free choice. Toast variety and a muffin w1s available. Some bowls of fruit were nice. And there was a yogurt machine. Which i had to skip. The waffle machine was ready to go.
The kitchen staffing seemed pretty busy preparing food. No eggs, no potatoes no breaded chicken chunks. We must of arrived after a rush. The second round I did get some eggs later and a few potatoes i scraped up and the last of chicken pieces. Poor people behind me didn't get anything. The third time thru i got some potatoes and chicken for my spouse. I do say this thise small portions were very good and tasty just wish i had a proper portion.
The lobby and eating area was spacious and clean.
Checking out was very easy. The parking lot was decently easy to move about. Never understood the parking fees policy. Since not in an actual parking structure or valet parking being available. I am assuming its to ensure a safe spot and preventing a accident tow. This hotel is in a city atmosphere, access to stores is easy.
Requested for clean towels 2 consecutive days. Was told it both times ok. Towels were never delivered

The staff was amazing, and we enoyed our stay. The room was very nice and spacious too.
Just a couple small notes. There was no TV remote in the room, the shampoo and toilet paper were not properly stocked and the beautiful shower was kinda ruined due to low water pressure.
$20 for parking was a terrible cash grab too.
Overall, we'd definitely give Home2 another try though!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Only issue in the room was the bathroom door in 320 was so heavy and difficult to slide open or closed. Grateful there was always complimentary coffee and hot water for tea selections. We asked if okay to checkout late and Derola so kindly approved a late checkout at 1:00pm.
The bathroom door broke all of a sudden after just an hour of stay. we called them the same night and they said they will send maintenance in the morning, we came home from disneyland and the door wasn’t fixed. Called them again, and said they will send someone in the morning. On our last night, STILL THE BATHROOM DOOR WASN’T FIXED. We had to shower we an open door. During our check out we mentioned how disappointed we are and they said sorry and gave us a $10 compensation.

If you’re headed there and need to turn left you have to make a u-turn on a really busy street to enter the parking lot. That sucked. Also, the buildings surrounding the hotel have graffiti and look sketchy. The hotel itself was okay and the breakfast was fine, but the surrounding area would make me not book here again
