Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Disgusting.

Do not stay here the place is awful. It was dirty when we arrived I had to strip beds and clean the place. We’ve came home covered in bites and needed antibiotics from what appears to have been bed bugs. There’s no air con and the company couldn’t even provide working fans until the day before we were leaving. We booked into a hotel to get some sleep at our own cost. I’ve contacted Wonderful Italy rentals for a full refund. This place needs a full over haul. Freezer door was broken and electrics constantly tripped when using the oven. We couldn’t use it! Never again and the worst trip I’ve experienced.
