Beautiful real wood flooring extends through all rooms and large, floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of light into the rooms. Great importance was also attached to comfortable seating. Two comfortable armchairs with footstools and a spacious sofa invite you to relax in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace.

The modern yet cozy living room is open to the kitchen and has been equipped with a latest-generation TV since 2025. You can watch Netflix, Google TV and Prime on 55-inch OLED technology with Ambi Light. A carpenter-made dining table offers space for 6 people and pleasant, dimmable lighting for a cozy ambience.
In the open, well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, Bora extractor system and a wine cabinet, cooking is a pleasure even on vacation.

The apartment also has two bedrooms, each equipped with high-quality double beds and comfortable, separate mattresses. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a large handmade Swiss stone pine bed, the other has a luxurious box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened by external blinds and are equipped with insect screen doors.
A bright, modern daylight bathroom with double washbasin and XXL walk-in shower, as well as a separate guest WC complete the interior of this special accommodation.

The real gem of the Alpenchalet Lotti, however, is the fantastic, wrap-around balcony, from which you can enjoy a sensational view of the Alpine world. This balcony is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. Here you will find two balcony sets with tables and chairs, appropriate cushions and comfortable sun loungers. Three awnings offer you a shady spot on hot days and a beach chair brings some North German charm to the mountains and offers you a perfect place to enjoy the surrounding “mountain cinema”.

There are two parking spaces for this apartment next to each other in the underground garage, easily accessible by elevator. A Miele washing machine/dryer is available free of charge in the laundry room.
