Located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the 170m² "Siebzehn35" vacation apartment offers a unique and cozy setting for your stay with a view of the Alps. The two-storey accommodation has a 60m² living room with Smart TV as well as a Swedish stove and adjoining Zirbenstube with a traditional tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen including pantry, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 7 people. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, one bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and cable TV, one bedroom with double bed and Smart TV, one bedroom with single bed and an open room with desk, small reading corner and sofa bed for 1 person.

On-site amenities include WiFi and a washing machine & dishwasher. The apartment itself is a tribute to the traditions of Werdenfelser Land and is located in a traditional house that is over 300 years old.



This apartment also has a private balcony with panoramic views over the Zugspitze. On the first floor of the building there is a public coffee bar and a Bavarian restaurant.

The place was very large and plenty of room. Only one bathroom in total but it is in two separate rooms (one for toilet and sink and another for shower and another sink) so it worked for our group. All bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are a little steep to navigate so not good for folks with mobility issues. One parking space right next to the building is included and the area is very quiet except church bells which is common in these small towns. They were not too loud but still noticeable. Overall a very nice place and we would stay here again.

Very spacious with a cozy feel

We loved this apartment. So much space and yet it retains a feel of coziness and warmth. Lots of wood and natural light. The kitchen is a well-equipped and features wood beams with artistic carvings on the ceiling. We had four adults so there was room to spare. The owner Sandra had left us various treats and snacks to enjoy as well. Perfect for days spent exploring and hiking in the Alps, and no shortage of restaurants and cafes just outside your door. Communication with Sandra was excellent and it was a pleasure to meet her. We hope to return here again. Highly recommended.
